What is an Above Ground Pool?

Above ground swimming pools have been apart of Australian culture for over 50 years.  They are an alternative to more expensive options such as fiberglass or concrete swimming pools.  Above ground swimming pools are modular and can be built in almost any size or shape.  They can be installed above ground, In-ground or anywhere in between.  Sloping sites installations often have one side in the ground an the other side out of the ground. In some jurisdictions of Australia the wall of some above ground swimming pools can be used as part of the swimming pool fence which helps reduce the overall cost of ownership.
